Birgi Þórarinssyni spyr dómsmálaráðherra um öryggi Íslands gegn hryðjuverkum, eftir að ríkislögreglustjóri hefur gefið út hættumat sem setur hættu á þriðja stigi af fimm. Hann vill vita hvaða aðgerðir ráðherra hyggst grípa, svo sem við landamæri, og hverjir fái að dvelja hér ef talið er að þeir geti tengst hryðjuverkum. Hann spyr einnig hvort ætlað sé að rannsaka betur bakgrunn fólks sem sækir um alþjóðlega vernd. Svörin munu segja okkur hvort stjórnvöld taka þessa hættu alvarlega og hvaða stefnu þau ætla að fylgja til að vernda íslenskt samfélag.
