Hann vill vita hvernig þetta vandamál hefur þróast síðastliðin fimm ár, hvort lögreglan viti um þögnun sem ekki er tilkynnt, og hvort sjálfvirk gjaldakassar hafi breitt eða minnkað þjófnað. Hann spyr einnig hversu mikill kostnaður búðarhnupls slassar verðlag fyrir almenning og hvaða erlend gögn Ísland notar til að skilja vandamálið. Svörin myndu sýna okkur hversu stórt vandamálið sé í raun og hvort ríkisstjórnin hefur ætlun að berjast gegn því.
