Birni Leví Gunnarsson spyr dómsmálaráðherra um vopnuð útköll lögreglu á Íslandi. Hann vill vita hversu mörg slík útköll hafa átt sér stað á hverju ári frá 2007 og í hversu mörgum tilfellum hefur verið lagt hald á vopn við þessi útköll. Þetta skiptir máli vegna þess að það gefur okkur mynd af því hversu oft lögreglan þarf til vopna við sina störf og hversu margir glæpamenn eða hættulegir einstaklingar eru handteknir með vopnum. Svörin myndu sýna þróun í vopnuðum útköllum og hjálpa til við að meta virkni lögreglu við að taka vopn úr umferð.
