Þessi þingsályktunartillaga felur í sér að stofna starfshóp sem myndi gera tillögu um að safna saman nokkrum litlum opinberum fyrirtækjum og stofnunum á sama stað. Tillagan var lögð fram vegna þess að fólk telur að ef opinber fyrirtæki og stofnanir starfa saman á sama stað gætu þau sparað peninga og unnið betur saman. Ef tillagan gangi í gegn myndu margir starfsmenn opinberra stofnana flytjast á sama skrifstofuhúsnæði þar sem þau gætu deilt tölvukerfum, matsölu og öðrum þjónustum. Þetta myndi gera rekstri ódýrari og skilvirkari en nú er, og jafnframt myndu umferðarflæði og umhverfi batna ef klasinn væri settur á góðum stað með góðum almenningssamgöngum.
