Þessi þingsályktunartillaga fjallar um samning Sameinuðu þjóðanna um réttindi fatlaðs fólks og viðbótarbókun hans sem Ísland undirritaði árið 2007 en hefur ekki enn fullgilt. Tillagan felur í sér að ríkisstjórnin fullgildi og innleiði þessa bókun sem gerir fötluðu fólki kleift að bera mál til alþjóðlegra dómstóla ef réttindi þess eru brotin.
