Bryndís Haraldsdóttur spyr fjármála- og efnahagsráðherra um Íslandspóst, sem ríkið á. Hún vill vita hversu oft og fyrir hvaða upphæðir ríkið hefur bætt fjármagni í fyrirtækið á síðustu árum, og hvort stjórn þess uppfyllir kröfur um gott eignarhald. Hún spyr einnig hvort ríkiseignarhald á Íslandspósti hefur hjálpað til við sanngjarna samkeppni á póstmarkaði eins og ætlað var. Svörin myndu sýna okkur hvort ríkið hefur meðhöndlað fyrirtækið vel og hvort það virki til þess að gera markaðinn betra fyrir alla.
Bryndís Haraldsdóttur asks the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs about Iceland Post, a company owned by the state. She wants to know how many times and for what amounts the state has injected capital into the company in recent years, and whether its board meets the requirements for good ownership. She also asks whether state ownership of Iceland Post has helped ensure fair competition in the postal market as intended. The answers would show us whether the state has managed the company well and whether it has been working to make the market better for everyone.
