Skýrsla Íslandsdeildar Alþjóðaþingmannasambandsins fyrir árið 2023 fjallar um helstu umræðuefni sem höfðu meginvigt á alþjóðavettvangi á árinu, þar á meðal mannúðarmál, innrás Rússlands í Úkraínu, friðsamlega sambúð og loftslagsbreytingar. Skýrslan var lögð fram til að upplýsa Alþingi um störf og ályktanir Alþjóðaþingmannasambandsins, þar sem Ísland tekur virkan þátt, og um hvernig alþjóðar vinna að lausnum á erfiðustu áskorunum okkar tíma.
The report of Iceland's delegation to the Inter-Parliamentary Union for 2023 covers the major issues debated on the international stage that year, including humanitarian crises, Russia's invasion of Ukraine, peaceful coexistence, and climate change. The report was submitted to inform Parliament about the work and resolutions of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, in which Iceland actively participates, and to show how nations are working together to address the most pressing challenges of our time.
