Ingu Sæland asks the Minister of Food about quota-regulated fish species and how fishing of these species has changed over time. She wants to know how many species have been given quotas, and how the catch volumes of each species were before and after quota introduction. The answers would reveal whether the quota system has changed fishing patterns and whether some species are being caught more or less after quotas were imposed.
