Berglinda Ósk Guðmundsdóttur spyr innviðaráðherra hversu mikla peninga ráðuneytið hefur greitt til félagasamtaka á árunum 2020–2023 og hvernig þeir peningar voru notaðir (hvort sem um var að ræða styrki, kaup á þjónustu eða eitthvað annað). Hún vill líka vita hvort til eru skýrar reglur um hvernig úthlutað er til þessara samtaka og hvort ráðuneytið kannar hvort styrkir skilaði árangri. Svörin myndu sýna okkur hversu mikla stjórnvaldi peninga fer til sjálboðaliðahópa, hvort það er skipulegt kerfi til staðar og hvort ríkið athugar hvort peningarnir gera raunverulegan mun.
Berglinda Ósk Guðmundsdóttur asks the Infrastructure Minister how much money the ministry has paid to civil society organizations between 2020–2023 and what forms those payments took (grants, service purchases, membership fees, or other). She also wants to know if the ministry has clear rules for distributing these grants and whether it evaluates whether the grants achieved their intended results. The answers would reveal how much public money goes to volunteer organizations, whether there is a systematic process in place, and whether the government actually checks if the funding makes a real difference.
