Gísli Rafn Ólafsson spyr fjármála- og efnahagsráðherra þrjár spurningar um tryggingakröfur fyrir bifhjól. Hann vill vita hvort eigendur bifhjóla þurfi að tryggja þau allt árið eða bara í ákveðinn tíma, hvort þurfi að greiða slysatryggingu fyrir bæði ökumann og eiganda, og hvort sé hægt að skila inn skráningarnúmerum tímabundið til að forðast tryggingarkostnað. Þessar spurningar skipta máli vegna þess að margar persónur nota bifhjól aðeins hluta ársins en gætu nú þurft að greiða tryggingar allt árið. Svörin myndu segja okkur hvort núverandi lög eru of sterk fyrir hluta bifhjólaeigenda og hvort þarf að endurskoða reglurnar.
