Hann vill vita hvort eigendur bifhjóla geti skráð þau tímabundið úr notkun án þess að greiða tryggingar, hversu mörg bifhjól eru skráð hér, hversu mörg eru afskráð á ári og hversu margir hafa gild ökuréttindi á bifhjólum. Svörin myndu segja okkur um stærð bifhjólaflotans, hvort það sé auðvelt að komast hjá tryggingarskyldu og hversu margar manneskjur geta löglega ekið bifhjóli.
