Ingu Sæland spyr dómsmálaráðherra um fjölda erlendra borgara og flóttamanna sem sitja í íslenskum fangelsum. Hún vill vita hve margir fangar eru með erlent ríkisfang, hve margir hafa fengið alþjóðlega vernd á Íslandi, og hve margir flóttamenn eru sakbornir í réttarkerfinu. Þessar tölur myndu gefa okkur mynd af því hversu stór hluti fangaflokksins og sakborninganna kemur frá útlöndum og hversu miklir flóttamannaborgarnir eru við ýmis refsileg mál.
