Skýrslan fjallar um starfsemi Íslandsdeildar þingmannanefndar um norðurskautsmál árið 2024 og helstu umræðuefni á ráðstefnunni sem haldin var í Kiruna í mars. Nefndin ákvað að halda starfi sínu áfram án þátttöku Rússa vegna innrásar þeirra í Úkraínu, en átti áfram að takast á við mikilvæg málefni norðurslóða eins og loftslagsbreytingar, öryggi og sjálfbæra þróun. Skýrslan var lögð fram til að gera Alþingi grein fyrir störfum og niðurstöðum Íslandsdeildarinnar á árinu 2024.
