Hann vill vita hversu margir slíkir samningar hafa verið gerðir á hverju ári, hversu mikill kostnaður hefur hlotist af þeim, og hversu margir starfsmenn hafa verið fluttir til í starfi og á hvaða grundvelli. Þetta skiptir máli vegna þess að það getur sýnt hvort ríkisstjórnin nýtir starfslokasamninga mikið og hvoru kostnaðinn fer. Svörin munu gefa Alþingi innsýn í hversu dýrt er að segja starfsmönnum upp störf og hvort farið sé með starfsmenn ríkisins í samræmi við gildandi lög.
